{Training Through Adversity}

Challenges will make you grow and will help you to be ready for your future.
We see an example of the is 1 Samuel 17. This is the story of David's encounter with Goliath. David was someone who learned how to rely on the wisdom of God and how to make decisions based on God's Word.
In looking at his life, you'll see that he didn't start off by immediately handling the tough situations. God first put him in smaller situations that he could handle.
These challenges were designed to prepare him for what he would later face.
The next time you feel like you are facing a lion or a bear, realize that this could be God's way to prepare you for what lies ahead.
Have a great week!
Love, Tonia
